Started car shopping in early Dec, meet Peter at that time - very pleasant and spent a lot of time with me, even though I told him I was 'just looking' not shopping yet. I was very impressed with his kno time - very pleasant and spent a lot of time with me, even though I told him I was 'just looking' not shopping yet. I was very impressed with his knowledge and customer service. At the end of Dec I had decided not only which car I wanted - but knew who I wanted to buy it from. I met with Peter and we went though all the details, options and pricing. He made a number of suggestions that saved me a lot of money and I got precisely all the features I wanted, and none I didn't. It was not on the lot - but had to be delivered from another location. For the final deal - I brought in "The negotiator', aka - the wife. Even she was very happy with the no hassle final deal. They shopped our credit and got us a very favorable finance rate. They gave me a loaner car - as they already took my trade-in. I went back the next day - checked out the car - signed the paperwork and drove away. I ordered some non-factory items, a trailer hitch and classic remote start which required the car to come back. I again was given a loaner to use. Peter did al the coordination with the service department, and again you cannot ask for any less hassle. I love the service team, very professional and personable. Between myself, my wife and my kids this is the 6th new car Hyundai purchase or lease we have made from Herb Connolly since 2001. They keep getting better as do their offerings. I love my new Santa Fe, as do my co-workers who had ridden with me. They have made very favorable comparisons vs. a BMW. I think I could get two Santa Fe's for the price of one BMW - and with a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty - that would be 20 years of driving - so I am pretty convinced that I got a fantastic car from a great company, dealer and most of all Salesman - Peter Franklin. Absolutely the best car-buying (actually, leasing) experience ever! The deal offered was so good there was really nothing to negotiate. The entire process was also easy - five minutes on the phone, five minutes with Bill Singh (who's absolutely great - he even gave me a ride to the dealership to pick up the car) to write everything up, five minutes with finance, and about 15 minutes to review everything when I picked up the car (a 2014 Santa Fe Sport, which I absolutely love). I highly recommend Connolly Hyundai if you're in the market - best dealership ever! More

I visited Herb Connolly Hyundai over the summer having already decided I wanted to buy a 2013 Elantra. I had test driven the car at another dealership. I did want to see the Limited trim line, and Peter w already decided I wanted to buy a 2013 Elantra. I had test driven the car at another dealership. I did want to see the Limited trim line, and Peter was great in explaining what the differences were between the Limited and the GLS, and also the differences in the Limited with and without the technology package. This being my first car purchase on my own, as a single woman, I was a little apprehensive as to how the negotiation would go. I came to the dealership armed with a "best price" from Consumer Reports that was quoted by Herb Connolly. This made the negotiation relatively seamless. I simply gave Peter the quote from Consumer Reports and he matched the price. I left knowing I got a good deal and Peter sold himself a car. All other parts of the process (financing, pickup, etc.) were seamless. Four months after driving my new Elantra off the lot I was rear ended on the highway at a high speed. Due to the damage to the car's frame, it was declared totaled. That said, I was not hurt so in that respect the car held up well. I called Peter looking for the same exact car, and within an hour he had located a car for me and worked out a price. He took my deposit over the phone and the next day I went in to sign the papers. In both processes I was treated with kindness and respect by everyone at the dealership that I dealt with. After my accident I called Herb Connolly to see, if the car were to be repaired, what effect that would have on the warranty. The individual I spoke with assured me it would not, and offered me some candid advice for dealing with the insurance company. I appreciated it. More
