We pushed really hard on, on our end, to get a deal that I liked and Derek was more than willing to help work something out. Two days later they sold the car that was supposed to be on hold, they felt sorry and were trying to offer something else when my ex wife came back she liked another car but I found a better deal somewhere else (Plymouth dealership) now they refuse to give our deposit back til they sell the second car my ex wife was considering. I called and asked to speak to the manager that was condescending, arrogant and disrespectful still trying to consolidate a sale at a higher price than the other dealer, I wouldn't buy a car from Herb Connolly even if they made it half price. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS I am already over $2000 into repairing my car from there. I bought a used Chrysler 300 from them and I brought AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS I am already over $2000 into repairing my car from there. I bought a used Chrysler 300 from them and I brought along 3 mechanics when I went for a test drive. Came back and told the dealer everything that was wrong and he assured me all would be fixed when the car was dropped off. I drove all the way from CT, so it's not like I wanted to drive it all the way back afterwards if they weren't true to their word. That being said, here's how my car was dropped off: -Empty tank of gas (punch in the face from the start) -One brake caliper locked up, resulting in the car pulling when braking -Rear brake pads very low -Both upper control arm ball joints blown -Lower control arm bushings/ball joints torn -Sway bar bushings warped -Two different front tires -Bald (steel belts showing) rear tires -TPM system warning light on -Blinker bulb out -Empty coolant tank -Empty brake fluid tank -Low on oil -Empty power steering fluid tank -Alignment off in front and rear -Two different color headlight bulbs -Disgusting cabin air filter and intake air filter -Incorrect hood on car -Bent rocker panels -Body panels misaligned This is just what I have begun to fix. I understand bodywork should be my responsibility, but not even checking the fluids before delivering a car is poor service and quite frankly incredibly rude, just because I am from out of state. These guys will take advantage of you from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. Trust me, don't make the same mistake I did. The only reason I bought the car was because it is so rare (SRT8 version). Other than that I would have told these xxxxxx to kick rocks. Again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! More

Every single person I met at Herb Connolly Hyundai was extremely friendly, helpful and understanding of my car needs. The overall experience was very smooth, the sales and finance reps went above and beyond my expectations to show me how the car operated and the different loan/warranty payment plans. Having the loan financing available at the dealership made my experience so much easier, not to mention Hyundai's recent college grad program! I would 100% recommend this dealer and if I had to buy a car all over again, I would choose Hyundai. More

For the second time I was very pleased with the Salesman Wens Prophet w Just bought my second Hyundai Sonata from Herb Connolly Hyundai in Framingham. For the second time I was very pleased with the Salesman Wens Prophet who sold me my previous car. Wens does an excellent job of reviewing ALL the options and functions of the vehicle along with setting up your Blue Link account. He knows his product line and what they have to offer. His is the consummate gentleman and always is available to help. Sales Manager "Easton" also spoke with me during the sale process and volunteered his assistance when Wens left briefly to retrieve my car of choice. I have used the Service department on quite a few occasions and found them to be well staffed, well trained, on-time and very courteous. They did a thorough job of explaining the service needed on my vehicle and it's associated costs. The work they did was top notch and they left my vehicle cleaner than when I brought it in !There were NO surprises on any part of the work done by them. You have a GREAT TEAM there ! More
Worst place to deal with I went to this place to find a nice use car I found one took a a while to do the paper work and they said I was approved next day or so they call and I went to this place to find a nice use car I found one took a a while to do the paper work and they said I was approved next day or so they call and said the bank won't approve me cause the mileage was to high so I went for another car and when I was on the phone with them I was online looking around and I told them about it few hours later they called back and told me I was approve for that car I was great ok once I got there they did not say anything about the payment or if I could take the car home or nothing after that they told me they don't have the title for the car. What the xxxx is that and I'm from lowell driving back and fourth for nothing so I told them to cancel everything. I been there for about 7 time dealing with them. Never in my life I had to deal with a dealer place like this. Never ever going back there again. More

I told him all of my concerns the tires being loud when driving, the sulfur smell, the oil smell. he laughed and said how do you know so much about cars. I told him I grew up around cars. He said all will be taken care of when I pick it up the following week march 4th, 2014. Everything seemed fine until I took my car to get inspected in Nh and the rear brakes, front right ball joint and tires were dry rotting. I called Herb Connolly Hyundai and brought the car back in (an hour drive) they told me it passes MA inspections and they can not help me. I obviously had to pay my garage a couple hundred dollars to fix so it to could pass. Last week I brought my car into a Firestone for tires. The came back with a list of problems Head gasket leaking on both sides, shocks and struts are bad and the tires have high and low points of wear because of the shocks. I than brought it straight to Subaru, they told me the same and read over the warranty telling me this warranty will only cover my waterpump if it goes. This does not happen within 5 months of owning a 10 year old car that passes safety, it takes longer for these things to happen. Also mentioning these, I called Herb Connolly Hyundai today (7/28/14) explained it all to them. Doug Connoly told me these things happen and the car was passable when it came through. He proceeded to tell me than these things happen and I could come in and have it fixed, I would have to pay for it though. My recommendation take the car to your mechanic and have it fully checked, that was my first mistake. Second was thinking a company that prides itself to be a family business would help its customers out and work with them. All I got was laughed at. More

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! My wife and I were looking for a used car, upon arrival at Herb Connolly (Framingham) we were greeted by Peter Franklin. Peter's introduced himself a My wife and I were looking for a used car, upon arrival at Herb Connolly (Framingham) we were greeted by Peter Franklin. Peter's introduced himself and right from the start was very polite, professional and did not apply the pressure squeeze at all during our discussions. As a matter of fact, Peter took the time to listen to our situation and at by the end of our time there had explained to us about leasing rather than buying based on our situation and we ended up making a deal for a brand new Hyundai Sonata. This was outstanding and we ended up paying less than we would if we went with purchasing a used vehicle. Well let me tell you that, that was just the beginning of our experience. Once in the showroom Peter moved forward with going through the paper work and then introduced us to one of the brothers Connolly (Doug) who was just as professional as Peter. Doug was able to help us reduce our monthly payments to suit are needs even better. After that was complete Doug introduced us to Moe (forget Moe's last name) the finance rep and Moe was just as pleasant has the rest of the Herb Connolly team. In all of the deliberations we felt that there was no stress or confusion at any time. These fine folks had their act together from the start all the way through the process and made my wife and I feel very comfortable and at ease!
