He really took his time with me since this was only my second time ever purchasing a vehicle. He took me on a test drive, showed me all the buttons in the car and how they worked. He also made me smile. He didn't make me feel rushed or pressured to purchase a vehicle. He had great sympathy for my situation and he worked his magic for me. He handed me off to Mo they finance guy who also did a excellent job. He was about to get me a a 6% decrease on my interest rate than what was quoted to me at Kia. I was able to purchase a newer car, with all the bells and whistles that I wanted and low monthly payments. I really would recommend this dealer to anyone who maybe nervous about purchasing. Wens explained every detail about the car and the differences from my earlier car of the same model. Moral or the story- go to a family owned dealer where the family works there everyday. Couldn't be more pleased with the way I was treated I was purchasing a car for my wife as a surprise for Christmas, her current car was literally rusting apart around her. Also she had just lost her job I was purchasing a car for my wife as a surprise for Christmas, her current car was literally rusting apart around her. Also she had just lost her job that she had had for 27 1/2 years because of company restructuring and was showing up for job interviews in a car that had the radiator tied up with a piece of rope. I wanted to do something to lift her spirits and surprise her and needed our communications to be very discrete. My wife and I share the same Apple ID so all the calls I make and I receive show up in the call log on her phone so that made the task of keeping this a secret even more difficult. But I was able to pull off the surprise due to the way the sales representative, finance manager as well as other personal at the dealership worked with me to keep this a surprise. I have to say I tried this with a different dealership and my wishes of not being contacted on my cell phone were not take seriously, I am so happy I made the switch to Herb Connolly Hyundai. Thank you all for your professionalism! More

I'll Be Back Rightly or wrongly my attitude is usually one of "playing defense" when entering a car dealership - defense against paying too much, defense against b Rightly or wrongly my attitude is usually one of "playing defense" when entering a car dealership - defense against paying too much, defense against being persuaded into a vehicle that isn't right for me and defense against buying/leasing a vehicle on the dealer's timeline instead of mine. That clearly isn't the way that Herb Connolly Hyundai operates. Peter Franklin was a true advisor and resource - he had all the answers and really went to bat for me on pricing. Suffice it to say that my car buying/leasing stereotypes have been shattered. I love my new Sonata and I'd happily recommend Herb Connolly Hyundai to any of my friends and family members. More

Same with salesmen sitting across from us he said the same to an Indian couple. At first that turned me off but the car sold me. The deal the sales manager worked out was good and the long test drive made up for the aggression at first. After the deal was pretty much done Roy was friendly and very informative, he had a lot of insight and information. I am happy with the deal just wish they had offered to sell me all weather mats to match the all weather trunk liner. Didn't realize I needed some special ones due to the gas pedal on the Genesis coupe which I love the position and way it's set up. When the time comes for a family vehicle I will check back for the Hyundai offerings for a sporty awd suv. More
