Our Customer Experience at Herb Connolly was Fantasic! As soon as my wife and I walked through the dealership door Yanis immediately greeted us with a welcoming smile, and handshake. Once we to him we were there to view a car we saw on the internet Yanis said he would be happy to help us and invited us to have a seat at his desk. From that point we exchanged pertinent information regarding our visit. Yanis then had the automobile we were interested in brought up, plated and ready for us to test drive. Upon our return, Yanis and I took my trade-in out for a test ride. In no time we settled on numbers and purchased the vehicle. Service misrepresented the cost Just had by 2011 Hyundai sonata serviced. My prior experiences have been mostly positive. However Vivien misrepresented the cost of service. Among the many items I had done She told me the oil change would cost 20.. I was charged 30 and when I called she explained that the price of disposing the oil was over and above the original quote. I could drive back to Framingham and get a credit for the remaining 10 (which I was not going to do) Moral of the story .. read your invoice carefully before leaving service More
