Sales/Service/Finance I thought the sales department was great. The service department was another story. I thought the finance portion of the purchase was crazy. I got I thought the sales department was great. The service department was another story. I thought the finance portion of the purchase was crazy. I got brought into a room where a guy wrote a mess on a piece of paper, drew a bunch of circles and arrows and I had no idea what was going on. He was not straight forward that he was trying to sell me an extended warrantee. That part definitely left me with a negative experience. More
