We don't live near the dealership and after arriving, we saw a sign on the door that the dealer was closed for Mother's Day. Just then, we noticed Wens, our sales person, was right inside the door. He came in on his day off to make sure we got our car, and spent time (even in the rain) walking us through all of the details of our car to ensure we were satisfied. Extensive Service Plan Offer It is discouraging at the time of a new car purchased to be offered for many extra $$$$$ an extensive service plan. From my salesman (Jeff Tang) to the Finance Manager (Nick LaRochelle) and Doug Connolly, everyone was very helpful, worked with me on all of my requests and got me into the vehicle that I very much wanted to drive. It was an easy and painless process, and I was in and out within roughly 1 hour, with my new lease, and with my previous lease dropped off and good to go. I really cannot recommend them enough, I was pretty stressed out with my car situation (previous lease was expiring, needed to figure out a new car situation ASAP) and they worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was set up with payments that worked for me and my budget, that I understood what was going on each step of the way, and that I was pleased with my experiences.
