Expectations Exceeded Shopping for a car can be time consuming but I was trying to squeeze it in during lunch which I figured would be a challenge. The salesperson at the f Shopping for a car can be time consuming but I was trying to squeeze it in during lunch which I figured would be a challenge. The salesperson at the first dealership talked way too much and it ended up taking well over an hour and a half. I left dissapointed and with many unanswered questions. I needed a day or two to recharge and my next visit was to Herb Connolly. The meeting at Herb Connolly with Peter Franklin lasted less than 45 minutes and to my surprise Peter answered all of my questions and also made several good suggestions which were really helpful in making my final decision. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised, he was easy to deal with, knowledgeable and professional. I love my New Santa Fe Sport and my first visit to the service department to install a hitch was outstanding! Thank you Peter, Nick, Briand and everyone else at Herb Connolly! More
