Purchase of pre owned vehicle My wife and I were shopping for a pre owned Mini . We had planned to visit with numerous dealerships to find both the right vehicle and the best trade My wife and I were shopping for a pre owned Mini . We had planned to visit with numerous dealerships to find both the right vehicle and the best trade in value. We met a young man named Craig upon entering the dealership and he greeted my wife and I. He inquired as to what type of vehicle we were interested in and we asked to test drive the Mini. He was very courteous as he obtained the keys and temp plate and allowed my wife and I to take the vehicle out for a drive.When we returned we exchanged our info with him and he proceeded to go through the process of the purchase. We mentioned to him the value of our trade in we were willing to accept and the monthly payment that would fit our budget. He returned shortly thereafter with numbers that we were satisfied with and closed the deal. I dealt with Nick in finance and he also was of great help to us. I must say that this was a very pleasant experience with Craig and Nick and all the management team at Herb Connolly. Great job guys and thank you again!, More

Terrible - did not return calls or e-mails after our visit We will never go there again thats for sure. We went in to purchase a 2016 Sonata Sport. Our salesman was Brian and the sales manager was Easton. W We will never go there again thats for sure. We went in to purchase a 2016 Sonata Sport. Our salesman was Brian and the sales manager was Easton. We could not come to a deal which was fine. The dealing were OK in the showroom. That evening I e-mailed both Easton and Brian making another offer and asking for a reply ASAP the next morning to see whether something can be done or if we should move on. Around noon I called and left messages for both since we had not heard from them and again nothing. Nothing again on Sunday and on Monday I e-mailed the General Manager with my complaint about not being responded to and did not hear from him either. I did finally hear from Brian, obviously because of my complaint, who only said "we" couldn't do the deal in my e-mail - REALLY!! We still never heard from Easton. Didn't really matter since we had already bought a 2016 Sonata from another dealer on Saturday afternoon (this was the day of my e-mails and calls). Once they felt we were not going to meet their price they could have cared less about us. SAD way to do business. More
