We are sorry you feel that way. We do price our vehicles to sell at a very fair price to start with, this is why they sell so quickly. This also means that there is limited room to go further on pricing too as most reasonable people realize. The 2013 Tucson was a Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai and did go through the full 153 point certification process before it was offered for sale. When you spoke to the General Manager he offered to have your Tucson checked out but you refused as you didn’t want to bring it back and allow us the opportunity to fix it. I do not know what company(ies)) may be offering you their services but they absolutely did not get the information from us. We do not sell/rent/share our customer information with any outside companies.

The Certified Pre Owned inspection was done at your facility by your mechanics. When I brought it to another Hyundai dealership (Nashua) they said that there is no way it was done correctly, as the brake pads could not have depleted in a 40 day time period. When I spoke to the manager at your dealership, he did NOT offer to fix the vehicle on the company's dime, he offered to have me bring it in, and I would have to pay another $100 fee to have it looked at and the brake cost. Why would I ever do that, and trust your dealership to fix the brakes after you sold me a car that was "inspected" and certified by those same mechanics? In regards to the phone calls I am receiving from sales representatives, I have no reason to trust that you did not give out my information, as you have not deemed yourself trustworthy and the sales representative on the phone told me that your dealership gave them my information. My purpose on writing this review is to inform others on the dealership you are running. I do not want anything else to do with your company, I am just here to inform others on your service practices, so that they can avoid the stress you have brought upon my life.
