They tried to sell me multiple services that I did not need after routine oil change … they refused to put on the new inspection sticker because they said I needed 4 new tires for $1300 on my 2023 Tucso need after routine oil change … they refused to put on the new inspection sticker because they said I needed 4 new tires for $1300 on my 2023 Tucson with only 27,000miles … I subsequently took it to another station where they said my tires were fine and they put the sticker on …love my car but do not like the service department… More

I had high hopes about this service visit from the beginning but it went south. So the initial greeting was solid. Checking in with me while I waited for the service to be completed was good. Once I left (received a loaner) the follow ups were non-existent. When I picked up my vehicle and dropped off the loaner the young lady checking me was kind polite and courteous but had no real knowledge about the work completed or what I saw on my receipt. I still have zero information about how to fix the problem where my car thinks a door is still open and therefore we must use a screw driver to bypass the gearshift. I’m very disappointed with the follow up, I guess the lack of follow up would be more accurate. Ironically I’ve hear from the dealership more than once about buying a new Hyundai. I’ll be going to another Hyundai dealership for support if this is what I am expect….just saying. More
