This dealership don’t how to communicate professionally. I was looking at a used car, and they told me they would get back to me once they figured out if it is can be a wholesale or retail. They kept making promises they can’t keep and I found out today the car got sold. Erica and Ethan in BDC are very poor communicators. All they know how to do is send emails. All I asked is let me know and they never reached out. The GSM is awful. He sends emails and can’t respond to them. They don’t deserve your hard earned money. Go elsewhere. More
