My husband and I went in last Saturday to get a used SUV. We had made an appointment and our sales guy was new but effective. Really nice and not pushy. We bought the car on the spot but couldn’t pick it up We had made an appointment and our sales guy was new but effective. Really nice and not pushy. We bought the car on the spot but couldn’t pick it up until today due to work schedules. Went to pick it up and this is where thing get frustrating. 1. It took them an hour to get our car. 2. When they detailed it, they broke a plastic piece on the inside. We asked them to fix it, they said that we could just superglue it and that it was like that. Not true. They 100% broke it. When we asked them to fix it, they said they could superglue it for us but that we could have to come back next week to get it. Overall, a bad customer experience. Will never come back to any of these dealerships. More

top notch service, sales and finance departments I have been bringing my car here for service for four years and have always been treated fairly and with respect. The work has always been highly sat I have been bringing my car here for service for four years and have always been treated fairly and with respect. The work has always been highly satisfactory. Their service advisors have never tried to push me into unnecessary work and have explained my options. I recently traded in my old car for a new car. The sales experience was like the service experience. I was treated fairly and with respect, they proactively lowered their price before I could question the initial offer, gave me fair value on my trade-in, and did not push expensive options or add-ons like extended warranties. They explained what they offered, but left it up to me to decide with no sales pressure. The price was better than I expected and near the low end of the range that Kelley Blue Book suggests for that model. There were no surprises. The process was efficient and friendly. Doug Connolly, the owner, is right there on the sales floor, at a desk, not in an office, and is readily available. This is a family founded, owned, and managed business where they care more about developing a long term relationship with customers than maximizing profits from a single sale or service job. I recommend them with no reservations. More

Unexpected Experience When it comes to cars i'm very particular and down right stubborn and i won't just settle. i was looking for a particular Corvette. it had to be a p When it comes to cars i'm very particular and down right stubborn and i won't just settle. i was looking for a particular Corvette. it had to be a particular exterior and interior color with all of the options. i found the exact car but the problem it was over 200 miles away. i'm from NJ and within the tri state area there are thousands of Corvettes to choose from but for one reason or another, price point, color or options there weren't anything available for sale at the time. so on a whim i decided to take a drive up to Framingham, MA to the Herb Connolly dealership to check out the Corvette they had for sale. My experience started out by setting up an appointment with a very charismatic and polite girl named Cory. We immediately hit it off and she made me feel welcome. to me that was a good selling point. i arrived at the dealership and noticed it was busy. Another plus. i was introduced to a salesman Bill S He too was cordial and we hit it off on a positive note right away At this point i felt good about taking the long trip up to Mass. i looked over the car, liked what i saw and we then took it for a test drive and put it through all necessary tests and scenarios of normal driving. Came back to the dealership and hammered out a deal and i purchased the vehicle. i met Jeremy from finance and he made the final steps of the purchase process as painless and comforting as one could ask. My overall experience was quite memorable and enjoyable to say the least. Everyone acted professional and polite throughout my whole experience. More
