I decided to stop by and see Bill at this location with no hopes of closing a deal at all. Twenty minutes in and we had a deal (didn't even have to see a manager for further discussions). Bill is knowledgeable, well spoken and understands the importance of customer service. The team decided to be competitive with their numbers and 2 days later i had the vehicle parked at my house.
