I only wish I had read the reviews on the sales department here before I went to Herb Connolly Hyundai in Framingham to buy a car. From the moment my husband and I walked through the door we were department here before I went to Herb Connolly Hyundai in Framingham to buy a car. From the moment my husband and I walked through the door we were treated with very little respect. The salesman (Bill Singh) was sarcastic and less than accommodating. He actually treated us like we were a bother. He basically went through the motions and offered very little in the way of information on the dealership. We decided to buy the car but again his attitude stayed the same. We felt like we were bothering him the whole time. We asked several questions about the car and he had no answers. He basically knew nothing about the car we were buying. We asked about a warranty and he told us we would get a 60 day limited warranty (which is the Mass State Lemon Law). What a joke that is. We bought the car and had to bring it back because the car did not pass inspection and therefore was rejected. The two front tires were dry rotted and the rotors were warped. Thankfully Vivien Martins in the service department helped us out and was able to get the repair approved. The sales manager Steve Sexton was very reluctant to help us out but because we had proof of the rejection he basically had to approve the repairs. When we bought the car they gave us a print out showing all the work done prior to us buying it at their dealership. Again, bogus. They stated they replaced a front passenger side fender liner but much to our dismay it was not installed properly, barely fastened to the car and the bracket it would attach to was missing or had broken off. Brought the car back to have them to re-fix this and they refused to do the repair. This time the sales manager Steve Sexton refused to approve the repair even though it could be a safety issue. He said and I quote to my husband "you can't make an old car new again. " They don't come any ruder than this guy. Again Vivien Martins tried to help us out but she can only do so much. The body shop said they understood our concern but we would have to pay $750.00 to get this fixed. Not their fault at all. Take my advise and do not buy a car from this dealership. They don't stand by their work and they lie to you. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Save your money and your time and buy elsewhere! More
Today I went in with no appointment at 4PM expecting not much but hoping for the best. The other dealer I bought the Tucson from had like most, carelessly used a tork wrench to jam on the rear license plat much but hoping for the best. The other dealer I bought the Tucson from had like most, carelessly used a tork wrench to jam on the rear license plate, mis aligning and stripping the screws so for 3 years my rear plate was crooked. Vivien Martins was awesome. I told and showed her my predicament asking if they could fix it under warranty. She said no unfortunately they could not but would work with me to cover the labor while I paid for parts. She said the other dealer might fix it under customer sat. She said another quick fix to try was using plastic inserts into which you could then try smaller bolts which would tighten as they were screwed in the plastic sleeves. She walked me over to the parts dept where another awesome person John offered 2 little nylon grommet inserts to try at NO COST! I took them thinking they were way too big and would not fit but HOORAY I snapped them in and plan to get new screws from Home Depot etc and fingers crossed this will be a permanent fix. Otherwise I will return to Vivien and likely have them re thread the holes. If you go here for Hyundai service seek out Vivien. I do not think you will disapointed. More

While I didn't buy at the "right" time they got us under market price when other dealers were price hiking at the same time and basically saying "you don't want it then? cya". Car dealers are never fun and market price when other dealers were price hiking at the same time and basically saying "you don't want it then? cya". Car dealers are never fun and finance office backroom talk to get the add-ons is never a fun experience, just know what you want when you get there and stick to your guns. Otherwise great experience! By May, I noticed the car sounded really loud when accelerating. I took it to a local mechanic, who after 3 minutes of inspecting it, took me underneath the car to show me how the entire exhaust system was literally TAPED together, and also cracked in multiple places. I obviously did not trust the dealership to properly fix the car as they had completely botched the repair the first time, so my mechanic replaced the piping and gave me a new muffler. I strongly suggest AVOIDING this dealership when purchasing a car, and avoiding when you need any service/repairs. More

I really appreciated his professionalism and expertise. More
Here is my interaction with this dealer. This is all in 2 hours: 10:21 -Texted an interest in a particular upscale car they have on the lot. Received confirmation it is still on the lot. 10:53 - rec 2 hours: 10:21 -Texted an interest in a particular upscale car they have on the lot. Received confirmation it is still on the lot. 10:53 - received text that confirmed the car is available for sale 10:55 - Made/confirmed appt for 12:00 to see/drive the car 11:50 - Arrived at the dealer. (dealer is 50 minute drive for me) Waited on the sale floor 10 minutes before anyone looked my way. 12:00 - was informed the car was sold "early this morning" So, at best, this dealer is so poorly run that they have no idea what they are doing or at worst, they truly do not care that they waste your time. If you want to understand the reasons why online car sales (Carvana, etc.) are gaining so much traction, just look at this dealership. More

Avoid if possible for service. First time waited 30 minutes for the car to be moved into the garage from the lot. Asked how much longer. Was told they do not know, they are busy. Then why did you as minutes for the car to be moved into the garage from the lot. Asked how much longer. Was told they do not know, they are busy. Then why did you assign me an appointment time? Walked out. They cram your car into a very small lot between others cars and they zip the cars around too fast in the lot. Decided to give them a 2nd chance. Today parked in service area. No one came out. Walked into the smallest service area I have ever seen as was asked to move so they could pick up a print out off the printer. No where else to go. Standing there and standing there and standing there like I was invisible or had bad BO ignored by 6 people. Looked in offices thinking SOMEONE would ask me if I needed help. Went out to the garage thinking SOMEONE would offer help. Went into the sales area thinking SOMEONE would offer help. Was told "we are busy". Walked out a 2nd time after being ignored. Cannot make this stuff up. How they have survived so long is not clear to me. Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn seems much better. There they welcome you, take you in, honor the time, do the work, thank you and you leave. Not hard. More
