Terrible dealer, please! There are many other Hyundai dealers to choose. I went to their website yesterday and checked the vehicle’s availability and price, made an appointment for today 10:00am. I got to the store and I saw one salesman very relaxed with his foot on the chair and Mr. Charbel Richa, the salesman that I dealt with his desk very disorganized. His first question was if I was trade a vehicle in and I said no, he asked for my drive license and brought the vehicle the vehicle for a test drive, I drove the brand new vehicle and it was fine and I said that I was ready to make a deal. Mr. Richa then told me before we move forward he needed to let me know that was a $5000 fee additional to the sticker price. I said that was no indication on the website nor on the vehicle sticker price and that I drove 1:30 to the dealership and I was not informed about this unexplained fee prior my arrival. His final answer was he could not do anything about it. Stay away!!!! Very unprofessional, bad trained employees, they doing business with no transparency at all. I have pictures of the website and the vehicle sticker information and I will fill a complaint with the consumer affairs about that. More
WORST DEALERSHIP DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! I purchased a vehicle two days ago from this dealership and when I got in the car I realized that they had not detailed the car (as promised) but that purchased a vehicle two days ago from this dealership and when I got in the car I realized that they had not detailed the car (as promised) but that there was also a crack in the windshield. I called to see if I could get the situation rectified and although they were willing to reschedule me for an interior detail they claimed they had no knowledge of the crack and that I would have to go through my insurance. Since I didn't notice the crack at purchase I went along assuming that maybe the vehicle was damaged with out my knowledge. After filing the claim I had someone from Safelite auto glass come out to make a repair. When the repair guy came he told me that the crack was the result of a failed repair job from before I purchased the vehicle (as I have made no repairs on the car and have had it for less than 24 hrs before I noticed the damage) and that I should call the dealership because it was most definitely their responsibility. I contacted the sales rep who sold me the vehicle and he refused to listen to what me or the auto glass professional had to say, insisting that I had to go through my insurance for the repair. When I asked to speak to a manager he referred me to a number that disconnected when I called. I then called the main number and was put on hold for about 10 mins before I was told by a receptionist that she spoke with the owner of the dealership who also refused to claim any responsibility and told me to get in contact with Safelite for a repair (the company who just told me that the dealership is 100% at fault for this issue) I then told her what Safelite had told me and she said their was nothing she could do because the owner had just left for the day (even though it was 11:05 am which makes no sense to me but is hardly the point). She then tried to convince me to go through my insurance for repairs just as the sales rep did. I was given no solution and told that they would try to get someone to call me tomorrow. Worst experience ever would give negative stars if I could. Will never do business here again. If you are considering using this dealership for a purchase don't. Sketchy products and terrible customer service. More
Buyer Beware!! I had the worst experience of my life in purchasing a car at this dealership. The salesperson assigned to me was lacking in both competence and integrity. First and most concerning was th purchasing a car at this dealership. The salesperson assigned to me was lacking in both competence and integrity. First and most concerning was that he used pressure tactics to add costs above the MSRP. As I discovered, other dealerships do not make a practice of this – even in a challenging market. Second, he would set up meetings that were a complete waste of my time. I drove 50 minutes to the dealership upon two occasions only to find out 1) he had already sold the car which I was going to consider purchasing 2) he didn’t bother to come into the dealership on that day, and he had not completed the paperwork for the car I had purchased – despite having 4 days to do so. Both these meetings had been confirmed by text and email. Yet, in neither situation did he bother to call me to reschedule. Worse, upon reviewing my purchase and sale, I discovered that he and the finance representative had overcharged me on a few line items and had neglected to include my deposit which I had already made on the car. Compounding this experience, was the fact that this salesperson was completely inept at email. After emailing him 3 times to confirm a meeting, I had to call his manager to get a response; he consistently failed to provide answers to my questions; he lost track of communications which I had provided to him upon multiple occasions. He created the most chaotic and exasperating process imaginable for purchasing a car. Based upon these experiences, I would strongly recommend not doing business with this dealership. More
I was so excited after checking the online buy option for the 2022 Palisade which was the MSRP price. However, when I showed up at the dealership the sales person Peter told me there is a $5k additional fee the 2022 Palisade which was the MSRP price. However, when I showed up at the dealership the sales person Peter told me there is a $5k additional fee for Palisades. I told him the dealership website shows the final price at the MSRP. It's either the dealer website is wrong or the sales person was too opportunistic. Being a BMW owner, I really liked Hyundai Palisade and had decided to buy it instead of BMW X5, however, I didn't take into account the below-par quality of salesmanship. I actually have bought another car from this dealer's next door Acura shop several years ago, and sales process was awesome. Not the Hyundai shop though, totally waste of time. More

My car was at this dealer for 26 days this summer awaiting a vacuum pump repair. I finally picked up the car tonight and when I arrived home the parking break would not engage. I can only get throu awaiting a vacuum pump repair. I finally picked up the car tonight and when I arrived home the parking break would not engage. I can only get through to service about 10% of the time I call because they never pick up. I will not be buying a Hyundai again. Now I have to waste my time trying to sort out another repair. More
