He's name is Jimmy Goon. He was my salesman. His work ethics, knowledge, professionalism and customer service were of the highest level I've ever seen. He went above and beyond for me from the moment I order the car, with all the updates regarding delivery date to the end with preparing all the paperwork and documentation. He is super friendly, honest, very prompt in answering any of your queries. He always kept me in the loop regarding my car delivery date since it got delayed a bit due to COVID and global chip shortage. Finances and all was all sorted super quick (Jose did all the finance paperwork - Again a great guy to work with ). Overall fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy an ACURA. Ask for Michael Taverna! More
Justin in Finance department was great and very friendly, Jacob needs to follow up more with customer and progress of vehicle, I made appointment to test drive vehicle and it wasn’t cleaned when I arrived, a Jacob needs to follow up more with customer and progress of vehicle, I made appointment to test drive vehicle and it wasn’t cleaned when I arrived, and than when went to pick up the vehicle it still haven’t been cleaned or detailed so had to wait additional time for that. Registration department took awhile and I had already had everything set with insurance, the detail team did good job on cleaning interior but too good of job on the body of the car, a little compound could have done wonders. Great job cleaning motor area, battery post cleaning maybe a little better. Spent 6 hours waiting on car overall, should have been half that time. Didn’t really see too many cars being sold that day that had to be registered. More
