Disappointed I called several days in advance to get first Express appointment of the day. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment and service center was not e I called several days in advance to get first Express appointment of the day. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment and service center was not even open. They opened 10 minutes late and I wasnt seen until 723. My vehicle was completed at approximately 845. I was extremely disappointed in the Express service. I made arrangements with work to adjust my schedule and I was unexpectedly 45 minutes late. More

Very helpul!! We weren't sure if we had a problem or not, but my son had been experiencing difficulty starting our Acura. Air conditioning in RDX I've been having problem with my air conditioning since I bought my RDX in May of 2017. Every time I bought it in a month later I would be back. Fin I've been having problem with my air conditioning since I bought my RDX in May of 2017. Every time I bought it in a month later I would be back. Finally the other day they put in a new compressor. So far it's good. We'll see how things go in another month. Everyone in the service department couldn't have been any nicer. They always gave me a loaner car and I was in and out as quick as possible. Although this was a problem having to bring the car back a number of times it was never a negative experience. Great people to deal with. More
