The service people, one of which was Gil Berkman, explained the process of not only cutting a duplicate key, but programming the new key so that it would function in the starter. The cost estimate was exact, and the total time spent was less than 30 minutes. I was pleased with the service, they even gave a quick wash to the car before I retrieved it! More

The reason I decided to use this dealership a second time was mai lay due to the outstanding experience I had with their service department. James Brown, Kevin Hagerty my servive advisor and Kenny, probably one of the best service technicians in New England. I had some very unique issues with my first MDX. As a result I had to visit the service department more often than I would have preferred. Although no fault of the service department, I can now state that their commitment and dedication toward pursuing the root cause of each and every one of this vehicles issues was handled with unparalleled determination. James Brown personally took charge of this case and worked tirelessly to resolve each and every one of this vehicles problems. Although due to the overwhelming number of issues I had with this particular MDX Honda Motor Company agreed to repurchase it. But it’s due to Mr. Brown’s dedication and commitment as well as the entire service teams determination to work beside me through this experience that I didn’t think twice about purchasing a second 2017 MDX. My thanks to the entire service team. It didn’t take long for me to realize that I made the right choice when I decided to purchase a second vehicle from Herb Connolly’s Acura dealership. The entire sales department including my sales representative Jimmy Goon, the Sales Manager Nana Hagen and the Finance Director Corbin Tully went above and beyond and exceeded even my high expectations. Each one of them personally interacted with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with this second purchase decision. Herb Connolly Acura of Framingham is by far the best of the best when it comes to the purchase and service of an Acura vehicle. I sleep well at night knowing that if I have any problems or concerns with my new and beautiful MDX, they will be there with me the entire time. I rate my new car buying experience based on the service after the sale. It was outstanding. But this time around I rated it on the sales side of it as well. Again outstanding. Herb Connolly Acura was the third dealership I went to after seeing an online offer for a 2017 Acura. I had not called ahead to see if they had availability for a test drive, so was at most expecting to just find out if the vehicle was still for sale and for what price they could offer it. I first met Jimmy, who begin reviewing everything with me, and as though we had planned for the visit in advance. We then took the car for a test drive, and not only around the block, but he wanted to assure I tried the various features in the car, and felt in different conditions (side road/rt 9 etc.). Not ONCE did I feel at all pressured. Jimmy and Nana, who I met later were more than cordial and were the type of people you want to always be able to interact with, especially when making decisions around large purchases and wanting to be well and righty informed. I truly cannot say enough about the easy going and respectful interactions I had with each and every person at this dealership. I did proceed with the purchase of the car I test drove with Jimmy and know I have a good team to work with me to address any issues/concerns should they arise. More
