Lack of disclosure about missing key fob prior to purchase. It was only revealed to us after the purchase was complete that the key fob was missing. We consider this both a Safety and Use issue. 1. Cannot enter the locked vehicle without the alarm going off with just the single key provided; must rush into the vehicle and insert the key into the ignition to get it to stop alarming so the vehicle can be started. A nuisance and dangerous maneuver to do in a hurry. 2.It is dangerous for my wife to not be able to unlock the vehicle from a distance when approaching it in a dimly lit or remote parking lot at night; she always relies on this for her safety. 3.Both the salesman and the sales manager dismissed my complaint as "that's just what we do, if no fob was with the vehicle when we got it, then we don't provide it". This attitude may have been OK if we had been told BEFORE the sale and some provision could have been negotiated. I believe this action was willful deceit. 4. It will cost $160 + $60 to program to acquire a fob from a Subaru dealer. More

Beyond My Expectations - Goodwill Warranty Service Recently, my 2015 Acura MDX rear tail-light stopped working. This is not a cheap and easy bulb fix, but a $400 part plus labor - and I was a couple th Recently, my 2015 Acura MDX rear tail-light stopped working. This is not a cheap and easy bulb fix, but a $400 part plus labor - and I was a couple thousand miles over my warranty. So, I called Herb Connolly and was told to bring the car in so they could take a look. I have always been suspicious and have avoided dealership service departments. Since purchasing the car at Herb Connolly, I only returned once to get my free oil change - all other maintenance was done elsewhere or by myself. I really didn't expect anything other than a big estimate, inclusive of other things that need to be addressed. I brought the car in and Herb Connolly applied a "goodwill warranty extension" and replaced the part at no cost to me! They have earned my future business and I would recommend Herb Connolly to others looking for Sales or Service. More

Inspection Sticker I came in because I needed an inspection sticker and I was treated with excellent service. I mentioned I needed a new battery for my key fob and they I came in because I needed an inspection sticker and I was treated with excellent service. I mentioned I needed a new battery for my key fob and they also took care of that for me. I also mentioned how I was in a bit of a rush, and even though I said that my service guy came and asked if I wanted a wash and vacuum and how long it would take. It was a great experience and the staff was super friendly and very attentive. More

jeep purchase Only reason I purchased a car from this dealership is they had a Jeep for a good price. The interaction I had with people that work here was very poor Only reason I purchased a car from this dealership is they had a Jeep for a good price. The interaction I had with people that work here was very poor - not friendly, customer service was awful, i had to go to the dealership 3-4 times to get things done correctly and I still have to go back for inspection sticker which could have been completed with my registration. I live 40 min away from the dealership, inconveinced to continue going back for things they could take care of. Can not be trusted, lack of communication or not clear. More
