Our sincere apologies that your experience was not what you expected. Unfortunately, when you decided to make changes to the contract structure that did require you to come in and resign paperwork. This process exists so that your loan with your lienholder has all the correct figures. We also test all vehicle batteries when delivering a car and noticed yours was weak. Rather than send you out with a weak battery that may have failed you in a few weeks, we replaced the battery for you so that you would not have any issues. We realize that this causes a delay in your optimal timeline, however it is much better than the alternative of having you leave with a vehicle not performing up to our vigorous standards. We appreciate your business and feedback and look forward to servicing you in the future.
