Great experience , very accommodating and helpful in our decision making. They did it again! Believe it or not, I just purchased my 6th, yes, my 6th MDX from Herb Connolly Acura. Some might think I am crazy but when you know a great car and a Believe it or not, I just purchased my 6th, yes, my 6th MDX from Herb Connolly Acura. Some might think I am crazy but when you know a great car and a great dealership, it is a no brainer! Since 2004 when I bought my first, I have been impressed with the car itself. It is roomy, classy and I feel very safe in it. I have also had very few if any problems beyond the basic wear and tear...so it really holds up in the New England weather. And it retains it value when I trade it in. But truth be told, what keeps me coming back year after year is the Service Department. James Brown and his team are not only experts at what they do but they make the entire servicing of my car a dream...and there is a LOT to be said about ease of service these days! Courteous, hard working, honest and efficient and always with a smile on their face. That is what drove me back to Herb Connolly to buy my 2018 MDX. Of course, James can't sell the car to me, so he handed me off again to Dennis Murray in sales who was knowledgeable and helpful and had a great sense of humor. Thank you again Chris Connolly and your amazing team...you run a great dealership there in Framingham MA! More

Great Dealership for Service I have been going for service to Herb Connolly Acura since 2004. I am always amazed at how quick and efficient the Service Dept. is. I wait for my car so I think they may prioritize the service to get me out within a reasonable time. My car runs like a top so I owe this to the Service Dept. plus my TSX is a terrific model car. For 11 years, I have been taking my Acura to Herb Conolly for all its preventative maintenance and servicing needs and have always been pleased with the excellent quality of work done and high level of customer service by the dedicated and long employed staff. They have never recommended or sold me a car service or repair that the Acura did not need. If a probem was found a level of urgency, general recommended time frame for the repair and pricing were provided. If needed, a loaner vehicle has been provided when a scheduled repair will be lengthy or at least a ride provided if no loaners are available. For shorter maintenance appts, the customer waiting area is comfortable, clean, TV, WiFi, snacks & beverages are provided as well as a lift to the mall if you don’t want to hang out during servicing of your car. Customer satisfaction is #1 at Herb Conolly. More

Customers not used to buying cars, however, should carefully read the Yelp reviews for this dealership. The staff there treated me professionally. I do believe they were not 100% straightfoward with me regarding the document fees. I signed the offer, which listed $394 as the doc fees. Then, when I signed the papers 4 days later, the p&s form had $494 listed as the doc fee. They said the sales associate used an "old form" but that seemed implausible to me. I decided to let it go just to finalize the sale. Also this dealer asked me to sign a "Nothing owed/Nothing implied" form that I'm not even sure is legal. I did not sign it. Aside from those two negatives, I was satisfied with the deal. More
