100,000 mile maintenance Jake is excellent. He's always up front, honest and explains everything in detail. I never feel pressured to do work that isn't essential. I always as Jake is excellent. I just had the 100,000 mile maintenance and he went over in detail what was essential that day and what can wait a bit more.He is efficient and answers all questions thoroughly. I was searching for quotes and got a call back quickly fro Aside from one mixed signal early in the process, the experience was very straight forward. I was searching for quotes and got a call back quickly from a Sales Mgr, but unfortunately ended the call with a huge gap in expected vs. quoted. I moved on to another dealership who met my expected price. I then received a second call from Jimmy with a better quote, but I informed him I had moved on. We talked for a while and he really listened to me, ultimately getting creative and offering an option that the other dealer hadn't. From there the process was smooth, but that initial mixed signal is why I'm not rating 5 stars. More

I did say I would take the issue to another garage (due to price) and I did not feel badly. LOVE that your staff respects my choices even if it entails me going elsewhere. I also enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee while I waited. Awesome. Left with a big smile on my face. Super experience. Cannot say enough about Cindy. I can get an oil change anywhere, but her level of professionalism and her going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience is bar none. Thank you for the coupon for a free oil change. I wouldn't have come in unless I had it. I've owned my car for 11 years...It was my favorite oil change experience, if there is such a thing! HA! More
