Great service takes the sting out of the repair bill! I recently dropped off my Acura TL for service. Cindy Cacella and I reviewed what needed to be done, but I also had some questions that she could not I recently dropped off my Acura TL for service. Cindy Cacella and I reviewed what needed to be done, but I also had some questions that she could not readily answer, so Cindy promptly got the service manager involved. The service manager and I took a short test ride to jointly hear and identify a potential issue and I was able to leave in the loaner car (which was ready and waiting) fully secure that my car was in good hands. Now my car is running and driving perfectly again, so thanks to the team at Herb Connolly Acura! More

First Class /White Glove Customer Experience! I recently brought my ACURA MDX into the Herb Connolly's Service Department and had an Amazing Experience while there. It all began when I pulled my I recently brought my ACURA MDX into the Herb Connolly's Service Department and had an Amazing Experience while there. It all began when I pulled my vehicle into the Service Bay for my Appointment and was very pleasantly greeted & welcomed by my assigned Service Advisor Dale Gallant. Dale was courteous, friendly & very knowledgeable and was an absolute pleasure to deal with there. He definitely would be a reason why I would consider bringing my vehicle back to Herb Connolly for any other Service. Also the Waiting area was clean and comfortable and I appreciated the Starbucks Coffee that was available there while I waited. By the way...the wait time was way under what I thought it would be, so I was very happy about that too. It was an overall Excellent experience from Start to Finish. Thank you very much! Not only did I receive a fair trade in value for my old car, my new vehicle was price This was the 3rd dealership that I dealt with to buy my vehicle. Not only did I receive a fair trade in value for my old car, my new vehicle was priced 3,000$ below similar models at other dealerships. The process was straightforward and the salesman and manager were honest in their dealings with me. I felt like I was treated well and given my options for moving forward in a timely manner. It took less that 3 hours to trade in 1 vehicle, purchase, register and receive the inspection sticker for my new vehicle. I received all of the services at the dealership. I did not need to go to the MA Registry or the insurance company. All paperwork was handled by the professionals at Herb Connolly Acura. The financial piece was handled by Kaitlyn Gibson, and the salesman was Dennis Murray. I would recommend their services to anyone that is in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

He also gave me a discount coupon for the oil change without my having to ask for it, and when I mentioned tires gave me a list of tires available through the dealership - but with no "sales" pressure at all. Jake has good enthusiasm and also good communications skills, very highly recommended. More
