James makes it a point to greet **every** customer who stops by for service, asks questions to understands the service needs, sometimes inspects the vehicle and offers his expert opinion, and overall makes sure that nothing less than excellent service is provided. Excellent Customer Service in Service I am very familiar with this dealership having car shopped here before and having an Acura in the family. I was in for an oil change on my Honda and w I am very familiar with this dealership having car shopped here before and having an Acura in the family. I was in for an oil change on my Honda and was treated as well as anyone else who brought their Acuras in. When someone is exceptional, I feel that it is worth noting. Cindy Cacella greeted me with a smile as I told her my plan was to just do an oil change. She explained that my car was due for a few things, and what I liked is that she didn't push me into getting a new air filter or rotating my tires, even though they were due. She understood when I told her I just had my tires rotated and I wasn't interested in the air filter even though she mentioned it. She did her job well and was still polite when I declined. Cindy was personable and also reminded me to put my registration back in the glove box because she knows so many people forget, me being one of those people post-car service. She gave me an update on my car and when it was done, she handed me the report and asked if I had questions but didn't rush me. Lastly, I was very impressed with the car wash and that even the roof of my car was done as well as my floor mats. Kudos and thank you to Cindy and the crew at this dealership! More

The way you should be treated I went to a few dealerships before deciding on my MDX. I thought that sales people today were different than when I bought my car 7 years ago. Not as polite, don't hold doors open for you, offer to get you a drink, just ask "do you have an appointment?". When I met with Dennis at Herb Connolly I knew that he was someone I would buy a car from. He was polite & friendly and really listened to me when I told him what I wanted. Great experience and would recommend. More

My 2nd visit was great, my 1st was not Mike was very helpful and diligent about making sure my MDX got the repairs it needed. I didn’t feel pressured into anything and I felt he was honest. I did not feel that way about the previous representative I met with, and I felt like I was being oversold on excessive repairs. In fact this visit was my last attempt to come for service.
