First I called to schedule my service and they schedule wrong date. I received the text msg and I called to reschedule and the person told me at phone it was okay, but did not put in the system. So when i arrived there, the first impression was that good and the person from service told me I have no appointment and they can not do my service and detailing in one day... So I did not like. After that I could talk to the manager and He helped and could give me the car in the same day. Well, I just went there because of cupom. Maybe I give them one more change or I get back to my old dealer. I will think!! More

Great service! I came in for a recall on my airbag. Like everyone else out there I don't have time to sit around and wait for the service to be done. James helped me I came in for a recall on my airbag. Like everyone else out there I don't have time to sit around and wait for the service to be done. James helped me with a loaner car till the next morning. Simple gesture goes along way. I have a Acura dealer 9 minutes from my house but will service with Herb Connolly (1hr away) because of people like James. 10 stars! Thank you again! More

Another Great Service Experience Cindy was super helpful with getting my service completed to my full satisfaction. I was able to get the fluids changed, tires rotated, recall sorted Cindy was super helpful with getting my service completed to my full satisfaction. I was able to get the fluids changed, tires rotated, recall sorted, wash and vacuum in about two hours time. She even accommodated me with a loaner vehicle so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership.
