Used vehicle great help I was online looking at Toyota RAV4’s and I received a call from Hale Hack about one in stock on a Sunday he calls me. I then went looked at it and we I was online looking at Toyota RAV4’s and I received a call from Hale Hack about one in stock on a Sunday he calls me. I then went looked at it and went for test drive and made an offer and purchased the vehicle with an additional 100,000. mile warranty. About a week went on and I used the A/C then I heard a squeal from the vehicle. I brought it in to check it and it was a wet day and no noise was found, another time they were replacing a gasket on the exhaust. It was a hot day and was it ever making noise. I went to pick it up and Mike from service was saying it needed an alternator, other pulleys and parts. A little confusion after that with service till the Service Manager James Brown said he would look into it. He then gave me a loaner car very nice TLX and send it in for service. One day later I was given my suv back with no noise. The bill to do the repairs was close to 2000.00 they covered the whole service. After I bought a used vehicle less than 10,000.00. I am very impressed and will be bringing all my sales from there they stand behind any product they promote at any price. 5 star. More
Once Again Herb Connolly ROCKS! I just love my car...it is my baby and when I accidentally backed into a poll I was furious with myself! (so NOT like me!) But when I called James Br I just love my car...it is my baby and when I accidentally backed into a poll I was furious with myself! (so NOT like me!) But when I called James Brown in Service, he did not miss a beat and told me to call the Body Shop there at HCA. I did and Bill Cuddy was prompt, courteous and quick to make me feel better that "they got this and would make my car good as new". And he was right....they did! They were very accommodating about getting it done on my schedule, in the time they said it would take and it looks brand new. I am so glad I went to HCA for ALL my Service and Body Shop needs...they are the BEST! More
