We purchased our new 2020 MDX from them and shopped 4 Acura dealers and they were by FAR the easiest and most straight forward of them all. We have owned several Acuras and have always serviced with HCA but this was the first one we bought from them and we should have used them every other time. No gimmicks, they worked with our budget/wants and found us something that made sense. It was quick, easy and heads and tails a better experience. Their delivery process also makes a huge difference, we never had someone so thoroughly explain the features of the car to us on previous purchases. More

I originally told them I was going to get financing on my own because I didn’t want my credit ran more than once. I was promised they would only run my credit as a soft inquiry through the dealership (does not affect credit) and one hard inquiry through the bank I told them to go through. I saw that they ran it twice and called to complain. They blamed me and told me that’s how they did it. I came into the dealership and they ran my credit a third time. When I filed through the BBB they lied and said I have them permission. Absolutely DO NOT FINANCE HERE!!! More
