My issue was rectified with professionalism in a timely manner. The loaner car was ready to go when I went to pick up the car it was ready to go. Wow, I actually don’t feel like I got screwed buying a car. This may be a first! We had decided to buy a Toyota Highlander but another dealership botched the deal so badly we walked away feeling like we car. This may be a first! We had decided to buy a Toyota Highlander but another dealership botched the deal so badly we walked away feeling like we had just gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson in his prime. We ended up not finding another Highlander and we were ready to buy a car so we took a chance and drove an MDX. Luxury car for the same price as the standard Highlander basically. Set the appointment up with Oscar, met Dennis when we got there and it was all straight forward from there. Dennis knew everything about the car, answered our questions truthfully and wasn’t pushy. They gave us more for our trade than we expected, found us well priced financing and didn’t push excessively hard on the warranty and accessories. We were delighted Dennis threw in the all weather mats at delivery, terrific bonus. Delivered the car in 2 days. The ONLY little hiccup is that they advertise one price and hidden in the fine print it says you must finance with Honda to get that price, it’s $500 more if you don’t. Dennis didn’t hold to it and honored the lower price, not sure if that depends how long the car has been on the lot or they waive it frequently. Trey the delivery specialist was great, again he knew all the bells and whistles and explained everything. He threw in a charging cord which was awesome! Everyone appeared genuine and truthful so we felt like we drove home in a good car for a fair price, that’s all anyone wants isn’t it? More
