Herb Connolly Acura’s service department has always been exceptional, both vehicles have been serviced in a manner which services & estimates were explained when bringing the vehicles in, our vehicles are always ready in the timeframe promised by the advisors. My Acura was originally a lease, I have been anticipating it’s ending so I could get back into another vehicle with a manual transmission, which Acura doesn’t offer, however, I’ve recently decided that I will be purchasing my vehicle at it’s lease-end due to the fact that I just cannot fathom doing business with another service department.
