I told Dean what I was seeking, and he knew what I needed and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation or confusion. I felt comfortable walking into metro, the staff did not pressure or push me into any vehicles I was unsure of. Everything about Metro-Toyota is very warm, and inviting. The Best Experience I've Ever Had With A Car Dealership! I've been buying cars and trucks for exactly 50 years. Metro Toyota has been an absolute joy to deal with. Mr. Robertson is by far the most laid bac I've been buying cars and trucks for exactly 50 years. Metro Toyota has been an absolute joy to deal with. Mr. Robertson is by far the most laid back and trustworthy person I've ever met at a dealership. Anyone who has dealt with a dealership knows just how rare that is. I chose a Toyota Tacoma because I was tired of fixing my Fords and Chevys all the time. With my new purchase I received a two year bumper to bumper warranty plus road side assistance! I felt like I has just purchased a Mercedes. I then met with Mr. Zeb Olsen who gave me an option of purchasing an additional (6) six years of complete warranty coverage, at a very reasonable price. Metro Toyota has the cleanest service department in the country. I don't know how they get all their work done and not make a mess. For the first time ever in working with a dealership, there was none of the typical, yet phony haggling, like, “Let me go ask my Manager” again and again. Ken even showed me one of the current day’s trade-ins that had not yet made it to the sales lot, but was a nice car at a cheaper price. Mike made the buying process simple and clean, offering and explaining options available, while respecting my opinion to choose what's best for me.
