Not a hiccup in over 3 years I believe what makes this dealership stand out for me is the people. Every time we visit, whatever the reason, every person that works in Metro Toyota I believe what makes this dealership stand out for me is the people. Every time we visit, whatever the reason, every person that works in Metro Toyota makes you feel welcome and important. It doesn't matter if you're just "browsing", they will go out of their way to ensure you get the information you need without getting in your way. We have interacted with a few sales reps (Bob Kerns at the top of my list), Zeb Olsen in finance, and several people over at service, and every time we leave the dealership with the same level of satisfaction. We have purchased and leased at this dealership in several opportunities and will continue to do so. I'd like to add that, even though every sales person we've interacted with has been good, our go-to guy is Bob Kerns. He really goes above and beyond every time we stop by. More

Metro is a good place to go. Sales experience was excellent. There was some pressure to buy extended warranty and protection packages; it was not excessive though. A pleasant experience! My idea of a fun day is NOT going to the car dealership and trying to pick out a new car. Discuss options. When we were ready for a test drive, I was happy to try driving our top choice. (That was a first!) Did we sit in the office for a while when it came time for numbers? Sure. I guess that is standard procedure. And we even got a St. Patrick’s Day necklace! (Tell your son that was a nice idea!) Great experience for 1st time Toyota purchase I was referred to Metro Toyota, and Bob Kearns, by a friend who had purchased a Camry from him last year. She spoke very highly of him and the dealers I was referred to Metro Toyota, and Bob Kearns, by a friend who had purchased a Camry from him last year. She spoke very highly of him and the dealership as a whole and has been very satisfied. I was very impressed with the showroom and was greeted by a very welcoming, friendly receptionist. I asked for Bob Kearns and he spoke with me right away. My lease was almost up with my vehicle and I was interested in trading it for a Toyota. Bob was very helpful, I test drove a few vehicles because I was unsure of what I wanted. He was very patient with me, I went back later in the day with my decision. I leased a 2018 RAV4 and love it! Everyone else at the dealership that I met were very professional and efficient with all the paperwork. My friend had told me “Bob makes car buying fun”! She was right and I will recommend him and this dealership to anyone! Love my RAV4! More

Metro Toyota is a Class Dealership We went to Metro Toyota in Kalamazoo because of their good reputation. Dale Pominville was our salesperson and he let us talk about what we were looki We went to Metro Toyota in Kalamazoo because of their good reputation. Dale Pominville was our salesperson and he let us talk about what we were looking for and why and no issue was too small for him to take into consideration for us. We told him the model we were thinking about and even the color of the car we wanted. He kept us appraised of his search and as soon as he found what we wanted, he called us. Even before we saw the vehicle, it had to pass his expectations for quality, right down to being free of any offensive odors inside. He treated what we were looking for as if it were a car he was purchasing for himself and we could not ask for more. We would drive a long way to deal again with Dale because he definitely puts the customer first and goes out of his way to please them! When we met with Jon Griffith to discuss finances, he followed right in the foot steps Dale had used by listening to what we wanted to do, answering questions and making suggestions that were very helpful.
