Ryan St. Clair was Professional, Knowledgeable, & Friendly! I typically purchase a three year old vehicle at a local car dealership or through Craigslist. Although I still purchased a three year old car, this time I wanted to get particular options, colors, and a hybrid. Since I had refined my search, there were no options available locally. I turned to the internet and Car Guru’s to expand the search to nationwide. I found the perfect car at Metro Toyota in Kalamazoo Michigan. I called to inquire about the car and Ryan St. Clair was there to assist. I was definitely in uncharted waters for me; buying a car over the internet seven states away. I have purchased approximately 10 cars in my life and Ryan put me at ease and this became the most stress free, pleasant, car buying experiences I have ever had. Ryan went above and beyond to answer my questions, with supplementing the on-line pictures with quick videos and pictures he took with his phone and then text to me. When it came time to agree on a purchase price, Ryan was reasonable, fair, and got the deal done quickly. When I picked up the car, again Ryan demonstrated his knowledge by explaining the complete operation of my Lexus, including all of the options, even though he works at a Toyota dealership. He was amazing. When I returned home and was going through the process of registering my car, Ryan was still there helping me get answers and information needed to complete the process. Ryan was the consummate professional throughout the entire car buying process.
