Metro Toyota in my hometown of Kalamazoo, MI was the first dealership I started my exploration for my next car, and from the moment I stepped out of the car it felt as though I was in exactly the right place to achieve my goal. Within seconds of being in the lot, my finance and I were greeted by Tedd Shipp, an employee that immediately gave you the vibes that he meant business. Tedd quickly gathered a concept of what we were shopping for and had us test drive some of the RAV4's they had available. Three days later we returned to value a trade-in. Next thing we know, with the assistance of Tedd and finance manager Mike Fisher, we were driving home in a flawless 2013 Toyota RAV4 Limited less than twenty-four hours later. This was an immensely pleasing and professional customer service experience, and I plan to refer peers and colleagues to Metro Toyota for years to come.
