He is particularly good at explaining and demonstrating all of the electronic features, but handled all of our other questions as well. We actually went to Metro Toyota just to do our due diligence and make sure the Highlander wasn't a better choice for us than a different brand of vehicle we'd already pretty much settled on, but had a good experience and ended up deciding that the Highlander would be best for us. Mike Disher explained all of the available warranties without any pressure to choose one and allowed us a couple of days to decide whether we wanted any of them.
