Our experience with Tim was actually more of a 'laid back conversation'. He was never too busy to answer questions and I never caught him glancing at his watch like he had somewhere more important to be. He has a great understanding of the Tacoma we purchased and all of the technology that goes with it. We changed our minds more than once on what we wanted but that wasn't a problem for Tim. He also has a good sense of humor. We highly recommend Tim when you go to Metro. More

We told him we called about a 2011 Toyota Corolla and would like to test drive it! The car drove great!! We made an offer and The rest is history!! Integrity! I had been looking for a used car for a month and a half. Every dealer I went to fibbed, tried to obfuscate, or would stretch the truth. Ken at Metro I had been looking for a used car for a month and a half. Every dealer I went to fibbed, tried to obfuscate, or would stretch the truth. Ken at Metro Toyota stood by his word on everything. He gave me an out the door price and didn't add any fees on top of it after using the term "out the door". When I showed him what my mechanics found wrong with it, he had his guys fix it no cost to me. If that isn't standing by your word, I don't know what is. This was my first vehicle that wasn't a hand me down from family or friends. He was patient with explaining all of the steps. He also introduced me to an awesome insurance agent to help me with insurance cost! Overall, I would most definitely recommend Metro Toyota to anyone as long as this vehicle doesn't turn out to be a lemon which I don't believe Ken would let off the lot. More

Service Manager Scott Pugsley handled the issue with the professionalism and courtesy that I've come to expect from Metro's service team.
