Got what we wanted! It’s nice not to have to settle for less. Nerve wracking to say the least, added to my gray hair This was the first time I bought a vehicle on my own so everything was new, challenging and intimidating. As a woman I am often taken as a pushover i This was the first time I bought a vehicle on my own so everything was new, challenging and intimidating. As a woman I am often taken as a pushover instead of a valued person. I think Ken answered all my questions and was even patient answering all my many questions. My only complaint/concern was financing. I'm especially thinking of the warranty options. To date I do not understand the difference between the 3 yrs/3,000 miles warranty and the extended I opted for. I was not even given the cost of the extended, finally found that in all my paperwork. I was given a 45 day option for a loan while I got finances together and I ended up with 68 mo payments, which I will not adhere to. Not enough explanations along those lines. All that to say, I am happy now that it is behind me but hope to never go through it again. More
