Without good sales people even the best car's reputation can be damaged to the point where the buyer may shy away from buying. Ken and his constituents put a positive face on the buying experience. Not afraid to say I don't know, but I will find out. The sales and service personnel answered all our questions on the Prius we were looking at and the history of the car in general. Ken got me a fair price on my trade in and made it hard to say no to the deal. No buyers remorse here as the car surprises me more every page I read in the owners manual. Toyota's as their people are a class act and a reminder to others what a little hard work and pride can do for a reputation be it a car or a person. I didn't expect a free car when I chose to buy but a quality car. Ken, Jon, and the service dept will help you have the same experience I had. Thanks for the loaner while mine was being detailed. It's little things like that keep me coming back for more. More

This is my 2nd experience with Metro, and they just keep getting better. I had a couple of issues with the new car, and they were promptly dealt with. The service department is clean, and I did not have to wait to be approached when entering. I was impressed with the sales staff, and the sales management. You can rest assured that from the moment you enter the front door of the sales room, to the visits to the service department, you will be in good hands. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Dean was very professional. He put no pressure on us at all. As a matter of fact we were going to buy a Corolla S and at the last moment my wife Mary suggested we test drive a Camary. Dean humorously replied that we do not do that because that would be the car we would fall in love with. He was right even though he did not pressure us to upgrade. The only sales tactic that I did not like was the push that Brendon gave us to buy one of the incentive packages. I told him 2 times that I did not want to listen to it as I was not a fan of these types of extras. He did not stop and pushed when I asked himn to stop and that was not professional. His reason was that he was being recorded and that was what Toyota required. We did eventually purchase an incentive package though and hopefully it will pay off. That being said, this is our fourth Toyota and we are very happy with Metro Toyota including their service department. They go out of their way to keep our cars in the best possible shape they can be and do not reccomend anything we do not need. Tony and Mary are the two service department people we have used and we are very happy with them. I would reccomend Dean and the staff to anybody. Thank You, Paul Honeysett More
Ken responded to my need for a vehicle and gave me several options. He arranged for me to test the vehicle and gave me time to reach a decision. We purchased a Prius and it was the easiest, smoothest car purchase we've ever experienced. Don was a delight to work with as he was clearly knowlegdable and passionate about the Toyota brand. The professionalism of the sales people was far superior to that which I experienced just down the street at other dealerships (other made me want to take a shower after “negotiating” with them). The sales person knew the vehicles and could compare and contrast the various models. The price negotiation was tarnished only by the initial offers for the trade-in. Initial offer was low in comparison to the Blue Book and came up 10% during negotiation. Overall I was treated with the same respect I gave the sales staff….not my experience elsewhere. More

Shortly after we were on the lot, Ken Karakula greeted us and over a two week period(maybe longer) Ken helped us find a used car that suits OUR needs. He spent time providing us with information about cars we were interested in,but was not pushy. He gave us time and space to make our own decision. He treated us like adults who know how to make our own decisions. This required patience on Ken's part since there were three of us involved in the decision making (my husband, my son, and myself). We appreciate Ken's knowledge of the cars we were interested in, his persistence in continually looking for the car that would suit all our needs, and his patience and time he spent with us as we went through the process. My husband and I stopped in to look at Rav4 after researching Consumers Reports and Edmunds. Ted even worked with us to take it home to see if our three teenagers could fit in the back seat....they did. We liked the features and value on the Rav. When we returned, Tedd sat us down and had a price back to us for our trade-in within minutes. We were pleasantly surprised by the trade-in offer, which was higher than Ford would have given us for our Explorer. No brainer, it was time for a newer vehicle with better gas mileage but still ability to tow and haul three kids. We were much happier dealing with Tedd and Metro than we have been with other dealerships. I would dare say, it was fun! No time was wasted haggling for value. We look forward to driving the Rav and even look more forward to seeing the gas bill go down! Thank you Ted and the Metro Toyota team for putting a value on the customer's time and making buying a used car a positive experence! More
