I went to Metro Toyota on a referral from two co-workers who were thrilled with their experience. I knew that I would likely have a disappointing time with financing as I am carrying a ridiculously high cr who were thrilled with their experience. I knew that I would likely have a disappointing time with financing as I am carrying a ridiculously high credit card balance and have had a few late payments in the past year. Ken helped me identify my options and was able to answer all of my questions, eventually finding a car that more than suited my needs with really low miles. Jon was the hero of my situation as he didn't stop looking for a better financing option for me, finally finding one that was considerably better than the first one he had been able to secure. I feel really good that I was able to buy from a reputable dealer and drive off with a certified pre-owned Toyota rather than have to settle for a questionable quality used car from a shady lot that would have been more than happy to stick me with the highest interest rate they could. More

We were thrilled with our experience. First, we located our 2009 Venza on carguru.com, and found that it was available for a good price--the best in West Michigan. We had done quite a bit of shopping around, and no one else came close to the price we could get at Metro. No other dealership was interested in our trade-in, which was an older Toyota. Dan called us, based upon our online inquiry, and it was immediately apparent that he wanted us to be happy with our experience. He was willing to talk numbers even over the phone--try getting that from most sales people! We knew that driving to Kalamazoo from Grand Haven was going to be worthwhile. When we got to Metro, everyone was friendly and helpful. Often, when sales people know that you're already committed to working with their colleague, they're indifferent. These people were terrific. And the dealership was bustling! Obviously, it's not a secret that this is a great place to buy a car. Dan bent over backwards to give us a great deal on a beautiful car. Since meeting him, we've told just about everyone we know about him and Metro Toyota. We want to send people his way! More
Ken is the reason I went and bought at Metro Toyota. He gives car salesmen, a "good" name. He will offer you sound advise, and wants you to be satisfied. He will go the extra mile for you. Mr, K. showed us a car that wasn't even out of the service area yet because it fit our price and feature criteria. The price was right, even better for the make then we thought it might be. The sale was quick, and convienent for us, and because we wanted a special interest rate that our bank was offering he arranged it so that we were able to get that rate. We really appreciated the fast service. The car was the same high quality that we have come to expect from Toyota,and the sales and financial people were professional and knowledgeable. The sales experience was effortless for the most part for us. I was very happy there wasn't a lot of back and forth negotiating. I believe both parties came out of the deal with a win win. This second instance involved us stepping it up a little from a purchase price perspective and Ken made the process easy to understand and we felt good after signing off. We recently purchased a used '06 Sienna from Metro Toyota. Our sales person, Ken Karakula, was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. At no time did Ken ever give us the 'high pressure treatment' to get us to buy. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire purchase experience. Brendon Zabavski was our finance person and once again, that experience blew the competition away as well. Brendon took the time to walk us through every detail and gave us the time to make sure we felt comfortable with the financing decision we ultimately made. I would recommend Metro Toyota and Ken to anyone looking to buy a car. Other dealerships just don't compare and while I have not yet had the chance to utlize the service department, I hear from others I know that Metro Toyota is the best of the best. Give them a call, they'll treat you right, and make you feel comfortable that you are purchasing a great car from a great company....and you will be! More
