I give them this rating because Ken took the time to see us even though the workday was actually over, and before he got to us another employee who was already leaving asked us if we had been helped yet. The only reason that I feel it was not 100% is because the follow-up has been weak, not the standard follow up, but the special circumstances that we have come across. More

I was shopping online and saw a 2006 Jeep Liberty! It was located at Metro Toyota! I called up and talked to Ken. Before I visited the dealership I spoke with Dean on the phone and explained that I wanted to replace my current Corolla with a new one, and that my time was limited. He pointed out key relevant issues on the new car, put me on the road to test it, and had an appraisal of my 2006 Corolla. When I returned, he quickly gave me the terms for a new car with a trade, and made the process very effective, to the point, with no needless distractions. Not once did Dean pressure me and he was very knowledgable about the Corolla, the benefits of buying 2010 vs 2011. He was totally professional, positive, and a joy to deal with.
