We bought our first vehicle from Ken Karakula back in 1999 and have seemed to follow him where ever he goes. We just bought another one last year and I have truly enjoyed driving it. Ken has put up with me for many years looking at vehicles and then not buying one, so I appreciated his patience and understanding and his continuation to help me find the right vehicle for me. Not only have we bought numerous vehicles from Ken, my parents and my husband's mom have also purchased their vehicles from Ken. He definitely is a competent and very helpful salesperson. More
Jordan Simpson is an excellent person to deal with (over in used cars), very pleasant, down to earth and overall a very honest guy whose overall goal is to keep his customers satisfied and loyal. My fiance and I are very tough people to deal with when it comes to departing with our money, even for something so necessary as a vehicle. However, Jordan displayed a strong character who understood our needs, budget and wants. In the end, Jordan was able to delivery the right vehicle, even though this required finding a vehicle that was not on inventory. He was able to get something to fit our needs, budget and satisfied our wants with excellent warranty! I am grateful and now believe to call Jordan "My Guy" for our future car needs. The ambiance at the dealership is friendly with no high pressure sales. Everyone there seemed to work as a unit rather than jump on customers the minute they're left alone for a possible sale. I strongly suggest this dealership and Jordan in particular! I have dealt with the service department before and they provide top notch customer service along with top notch work. Strongly recommend. Most vehicles I purchase are "Detroit 3" products, and I have a close friend who owns a dealership that I purchase through. Unfortunately, this means that when I go outside of this comfort products, and I have a close friend who owns a dealership that I purchase through. Unfortunately, this means that when I go outside of this comfort zone, it is difficult to find a salesperson or dealership I trust. I don't negotiate car prices. The dealership tells me at what price they are willing to sell it, and I research. If their price is not within the range I find acceptable, I simply tell them "no." There is no questioning of where they need to be - if they could do it, they would have the first time. Purchasing from Metro was easy. I advised them that this was the way I purchased, and they gave me a price. In my research, I could not find a price close to theirs. Tedd did his job well, making sure that I walked out happy, and that the car was in perfect condition when it left. For not knowing the dealer personally, it was the easiest transaction I could have wanted. More
I had an excellent experience with my salesperson Bob Ross. He listened to me, suggested options, and was even willing to look around the network for the specific car I wanted. Should I tell you that Ken drove the 2004 Avalon I was purchasing some 150 miles on a Friday evening to meet me half way?! Talk about going the extra mile(s) to make a sale!! The car had been recommended by a friend and fellow church member of Ken's who is a relative of ours. It was in amazing shape and detailed; we could not be more pleased! Ken was a friendly, competent sales person and all the paper work was complete and ready to go. Ken also provided the CarFax report of all past service done on the vehicle at no charge. When I went to register the vehicle in Illinois, there was no glitch. We have been driving this car for several weeks now and everything continues to be excellent. We got a great used car from this dealership. We were looking for a specific model and called Metro from a dealership in G.R. that we have purchased from in the past. Ken spoke with us and gave us info on the car we were interested in. We decided to make the extra trip to Kalamazoo. While enroute, Ken called us back with more info on the vehicle. Once we took the test drive, we decided to look a bit more, since we had not done too much shopping. We called Ken the following Monday and asked him to hold the car and we would be down in a week to purchase. Ken was very accomadating and friendly. He displayed good customer service and was a pleasure to deal with. More

I had to replace my 2009 Vibe that was totalled in an accident, I had been searching every where for the perfect replacement, I wanted a 2008 or newer Impala LT and knew exactly what I wanted. I only had the money from the insurance company and didn't have any extra and was not going to take a loan out as I had just recently paid my Vibe in full. The Impala was listed at a great price compared to other dealerships but was still about $1,000 more then what I could do being I had to include taxes and title and plates. Jordan was able to get approval for us to purchase the car if we decided we liked it, before we made the 1 hour 10 min drive to go look at it. He had it waiting all washed for us and it was a spotless car and drove wonderfully. I LOVE MY CAR and he and the management made my stressful situation of totaling my other car a pleasant ending to a stressful 2 weeks.
