Sandra Gutiérrez was very sweet and personable. I would definitely recommend her! Came in with another offer from another dealership and they were able to beat it (slightly). Do your research, watch youtube videos on car deals and bring someone experienced that you can trust to help you. More
Buyer beware! They use bait and switch techniques with pricing. They advertise one price and when the financing begins, they include $3800.00 of mandatory add ons. So every advertised price is actually $3800.00 lower than what they plan on selling it for. Went to purchase a vehicle they advertised for $25k with $10k down, and Finance and Interest guy comes out with 48 and 60 month terms on $28.8 k plus TTL instead of the $25k as advertised. His excuse was they advertised it way to low, and the add ons are applied to all sales. I got up and walked out. If you enjoy people smiling at you while they xxxx you, by all means, do business with them. Pure fraud! More

Do not do business with this company. They will deceive you and not give you transparent information. They will also try and charge you for aftermarkets and then again change what it includes after the fac you and not give you transparent information. They will also try and charge you for aftermarkets and then again change what it includes after the fact. As a former veteran this is not the place to do business. Shady business practices all around. Initially weren’t going to let me take the vehicle to my mechanic to have it inspected. I got a manager and Marco to agree to let me take it. Came by the next day and Tae tried to tell me I couldn’t take it. After much pressing I took it to my mechanic and found out the rotors needed to be replaced. Again shady they didn’t disclose that and were adamant I didn’t take it to a 3rd party to have it looked at. Sales people I dealt with where Armando and Tae. Tae didn’t even know about the after markets they changed on me and didn’t disclose the information until I inquired about what was promised to me after the fact. You truly are better off buying from another dealer. This place won’t take care of you. More

If I could give it a lower rating I would. It's the worst of the car business on display. Oldest bait and switch tactics.
