Best dealership experience I ever had I bought a IS F sport 2017 about a week and and half ago. Everyone I dealt with at the Metro Lexus dealership was more than pleasant to deal with. My I bought a IS F sport 2017 about a week and and half ago. Everyone I dealt with at the Metro Lexus dealership was more than pleasant to deal with. My first sales rep I met and worked with day one was James Neff. He was extremely detailed and thorough. Unfortunately, he wasn't there when I went back to do a test drive. I however, was fortunate to have a second fabulous sales rep. That rep was Karen Mason. She had excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, great organization skills and was a good listener. She not only was my sales contact, but we were able to become friends. Her boss Micheal Gleydura was also very friendly yet professional. He was very kind during the process knowing that I spent a lot of time there and researching what car I wanted he made sure he did his best to throw in a little extras show appreciation. Overall, I really would recommend this dealership and the staff is worked with to anyone. One more person I wanted to recognize was Denae Jonss she handled my lease agreement and financial part. She was on top of her game and very friendly as well. Great job Metro Lexus! More

New vehicle for my wife I wanted to purchase a new vehicle for my wife on her birthday. I started by contacting Metro Lexus a couple days before via online inquiry and Desiree responded within minutes. She matched me with a couple of vehicle ideas and financing options. That same day I visited the dealership, where the whole staff knew what my plans were. It felt good to know they cared about my needs as a customer. My salesman was Victor, who was a very professional and genuine young man. Victor never tried to pressure me into buying anything, instead he spent most of his time listening and asking very specific questions. Throughout my time at the dealership, staff members came over and introduced themselves to me. On the day of the reveal, I was literally greeted by the whole staff eagerly awaiting my wife's arrival. Prior to her arrival, the staff placed my wife's new vehicle in a showroom covered by a sheet with a huge bow. My wife couldn't believe her eyes when the staff sang happy birthday and pulled off the sheet to reveal her new vehicle. The Metro Lexus staff was absolutely awesome from beginning to end and they have earned a customer for life. More

I called her, told her what had happened, what I was looking for and she went from there. She listened to what I wanted in a car. She understood how important safety was to me and was there every step of the way. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was first class all the way. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else for my next car. Terry and the the metro Lexus family had me back on the road in no time. Terry even made it extra special for me with a big car reveal. I called Wednesday afternoon about an NX that I thought was sold but still up on the website with a reduced price. Christian called me back (after he found it) and explained that it was sold on Saturday but the deal fell through. I made an appointment to see the car that night. I test drove it and he said he would stay late to wrap everything up. I told him no need I would be back first thing Thursday morning. The next morning, everyone one was so nice. I was offered coffee, bagels, hot chocolate (the works!) He even let me borrow a charger for my phone. Settled everything up with Danae (who was also amazing!!!). I never felt intimidated or uneasy. They made the whole process a breeze. They even drove my old car from the store out to Kent (about a 50 minute drive) so that I could wrap things up before giving it to my mom. You have a great team on your hands and I appreciate everything you do to make this a stress free experience. More
