My I bought a IS F sport 2017 about a week and and half ago. Everyone I dealt with at the Metro Lexus dealership was more than pleasant to deal with. My first sales rep I met and worked with day one was James Neff. He was extremely detailed and thorough. Unfortunately, he wasn't there when I went back to do a test drive. I however, was fortunate to have a second fabulous sales rep. That rep was Karen Mason. She had excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, great organization skills and was a good listener. She not only was my sales contact, but we were able to become friends. Her boss Micheal Gleydura was also very friendly yet professional. He was very kind during the process knowing that I spent a lot of time there and researching what car I wanted he made sure he did his best to throw in a little extras show appreciation. Overall, I really would recommend this dealership and the staff is worked with to anyone. One more person I wanted to recognize was Denae Jonss she handled my lease agreement and financial part.
