She listened to my needs and concerns and we were able to come to an agreement on the vehicle I wanted and price. The most exciting thing for me was the reveal of the car. My husband hadn’t seen it yet. She took us into the show room and had it covered in a red cloth and revealed the car. It was so special and brought me to tears. They will forever have my Lexus business going forward, and with as much as I love my car... I can’t see owning anything else. Kevin is extr Amazing sales experience! I have known Kevin McGuire for many years. We bought 3 new Lexus vehicles from Kevin (2 RX 350s and a GS 350). Kevin is extremely patient, consistent, attentive, and customer-oriented, and he does so with a great sense of humor. Most importantly, he lets the customer go at their own pace in deciding to buy a car - no pressure and no hassles. I usually pay cash for a car, but on the GS 350 (it was a dealer demo unit) Kevin actually showed us how it was less expensive to initially lease the car due to great lease deal rather than to buy the car outright. We leased it and actually ended up buying the car for residual after the lease ended and we saved some serious money, thanks to Kevin's insights and efforts. I know most every detail about the cars that I buy (I am a Lexus fanboy) and Kevin has always gone the extra mile to help me understand the operation of a particular feature or option. Lastly, I know I could sometimes be a difficult customer, as money is difficult to pry from my hands (LOL!), and sometimes I am just not sure about a car, but Kevin sees the discussion to the end very gracefully and with the goal of helping me to understand what I am considering to buy. On my 6th Lexus now and all cars exclusively serviced by Metro Lexus for the past 10 years. I have owned over 30 cars in my 53 years and Kevin is, by far, the most awesome car salesman I have ever worked with.
