Mike is what the definition of excellence is, being that the vehicle in the showroom was literally bought out right under me the same day I brought my wife up to look at the vehicle in the showroom. Mike sat down with us and said lets get you another vehicle. My wife said she really liked the NX300 I was looking at but would prefer to have a black on black NX. Mike replied "I can make that happen" we have another vehicle with that trim at our Dayton dealership, I can have that shipped here to Metro in a day or two. He did just that and it was a 2021 NX300 black on black trim. We purchased it and just love it. His knowledge of inventory not only of their dealership but others in the Lexus system show just what level of expertise he provides to get you a vehicle you are looking for.
