I almost missed some items and he was sure to go over each car and he found me a car that was going to be built in the future and he always contacted me with updates on the progress of my car. Buying a car from Metro Lexus was a great experience! Desiree is amazing! I had issues with my bank and then had issues getting to Ohio but Desiree was patient and understanding. They unveiled my car and it was immaculate! Desiree connected my phone to my new car and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. She gets 10 stars! I traveled to Ohio from KY to buy this car and she made the entire experience a memorable one.
