ZERO STARS --Deceptive Advertising-- --Failure to Adhere to State Statute-- --------------------------- I spoke with three different salespeople ZERO STARS --Deceptive Advertising-- --Failure to Adhere to State Statute-- --------------------------- I spoke with three different salespeople Saydee, Yanni, Walter All three disappeared – no call back Finally one called back I made full-advertised asking price offer REFUSED "Yanni"tells me there are other, undisclosed “accessories” that have been added to the vehicle adding $2,490 to the asking price NOTE: This is NOT listed in Metro’s online advertisement I have a text message thread detailing this deception. This is a VIOLATION of State Statues Section 11713.1. Unlawful Acts by Holder of Dealer’s License (e) Fail to sell a vehicle to a person at the advertised total price, exclusive of taxes, vehicle registration fees, the California tire fee, the fee charged by the state for the issuance of a certificate of compliance or noncompliance pursuant to a statute, and finance charges. These people are out of their mind. On Saturday 03/16/24 we purchased a 2021 Honda Civic from salesman Andres Miramontes and his Sales Manager Arman Kocharyan. After we signed and On Saturday 03/16/24 we purchased a 2021 Honda Civic from salesman Andres Miramontes and his Sales Manager Arman Kocharyan. After we signed and purchased the car the service people took the car back to wash it and put gas in it. When it was returned it to us it had a huge huge crack across the front of windshield. Now Metro Honda sales people are trying to rip us off and give us an "Aftermarket" windshield with "NO" tint across the top. They are using the excuse that it a "Used Car". This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Today I spoke to another sales manager named, Armando Monsolve who tried to lie to me by asking me how I knew it was going to be replaced with an aftermarket to which I replied his salesman Andres told me that they were going to do that regardless what I wanted. . We were also promised a 2nd key at "Cost" which is $141.41 and now they are trying to charge us $315.00 for key and to program it. Don't trust these sales people and buy anything from them. Go to a different Honda Dealer. They need to honor their promises and keep their customers happy. More

Bring the car in the fourth time, Tony ( service supervisor) said hopefully in 2,3 days I can put in the car because right now they don’t have any rental car available. Until today, it’s been almost 2 weeks and my AC won’t even turn on at all, I haven’t heard anything from them More
They will keep spam calling you after they have your number. I've asked them numerous times to take my number off their list but they just hang up and continue spam calling my number. Was looking for a crv and noticed they had one that fit my price range. Went in after work and spoke with salesmen, great guy but started telling me how they have add ons to all cars and the price advertis my price range. Went in after work and spoke with salesmen, great guy but started telling me how they have add ons to all cars and the price advertised isn't the price. Add one are 4k+ to online price!! Car Went from 26k yo 33k all in, sales manager made it seem like its normal and i was crazy for expecting to find that kind of car in my price range. Very disappointing and dishonest on their part, really liked the suv but nothing but bad experience at Honda dealers so far. Went to another dealer right after and walked away with a suv. More
