I had to go back and get the issue check again, Idk how they have all this positive review I thing all those review are paid review which goes to show you what they are as a dealership and service. really horrible and I never coming back, don't waste your time. Replay to the owner. No I wasn’t out of warranty. I made sure to make my appointment before my warranty is expired and Michelle cared more about selling me packages than fixing my car. Metro honda is horrible don’t waste you time. I would rather drive more to fix my car to come to the ps place and there customers. I have filled a formal complaint to the district manager that who horrible customer service is in this place. Norm Reeves is more welcoming and have nicer service associates. I recently took my father's vehicle due to transmission problems on a 2019 Honda pilot. Service did a transmission flush. The car continued and continues to have problems. I took the vehicle once again and service advisor Israel Granados suggested I do another transmission flush which cost over $300 and said the first flush wasn't the correct one. I said I was quoted over the phone $129 which I called in front of him and he still denied it. Remember guys service advisor and sales agents work on commission. I asked to speak to the manager and then Gary Hidalgo came and said he was the director. Which he is not! Tony Maldonado is the Director. Gary was very rude and disrespectful. These guys just want your money so becareful. They work on commission and expect an excellent survey.That's why they bribe you with a free car wash and remind you on the survey for excellent service. They refused to diagnose the vehicle once again when the vehicle is still under warranty. In the past I would bring my vehicles here, but not anymore. I contacted Honda Corporation regarding this problem and the transmission problems with these vehicles. Remember speak up and if nothing is done contact a lemon law lawyer. Always keep records. More

It's been 45 days and Honda has not paid our bank off for the car we traded in. And they sold the car. Our bank has been taking money from our account paying for the car that we traded in. This is not right. They charged us 175.00 for electronic v transfer that they never did. Please don't use metro honda More

I walked in to do a Costco program on a new vehicle. I wanted to do my homework before purchasing. Jimmy basically was blowing me off due to I was not going to walk out with a car that day. The price on the Costco pro was set but, he was telling me all the cars come with “dealer added equipment “ basically add-ones . I said I don’t want any . He responded “they all come with. Disappointing appointment I cannot express my extreme disappointment in how me and my wife were treated during our appointment. The salesperson we were handed off to was very dishonest with us in regard to the TrueCar discount and the dealer equip on the car and in the end tried to provoke us into a verbal altercation once we let him know we had discovered he was being dishonest. He sat us in one of the offices and said he was going to his sales manager’s office to get the TrueCar printout I received via email. He came back about minutes later and said the TrueCar site was down and he couldn’t see the price I was being quoted. He then asked if I could bring up the email I received and I told I couldn’t get logged in to my work email. He then showed us a printout of a picture taken by a cell phone that showed a computer screen he said was his sales manager’s screen. It showed the TrueCar site was not accessible and mentioned that it had been down all morning. He said that he would try again to reach the site from another computer. While he was away I went to the TrueCar site on my phone and accessed the site with no problem and brought up the price I was quoted. He returned and saw that I had gone to the site and said, ‘so you were able to get to the site’, I said yes. He then pulled a folded and balled up paper from his pocket, which had the quote on it, and placed it in a folder. He then showed it to us as though he had it all the time and hoped that we wouldn’t notice it was balled up, folded, and wrinkled. He then proceeded to explain the dealer added equipment on the car and when I asked legitimate questions about the equipment he was not able to answer the questions and got a bit upset. I saw that the sales was not going to happen and told him we were going to go. I stood up and said, in a raised voice, ‘I’m just try to help you’. I replied, ‘I don’t think you are’. He then said, ‘we’re just trying to help you here “Bro”’. I replied, I’m not your “Bro” or brother. He grabbed the folder and stormed out of the office. We walked out of store and while we were driving away he took the time out to taunted us as we drove away. This type of behavior is just not acceptable. He was caught dead to rights lying to us and then tried to provoke us into a verbal altercation to cover up his dishonesty. If this is the culture of your dealership and how business is done at your store I believe your business will suffer due to lack of consistent sales and repeat customers. Regardless to what he may have told you, what I wrote above is what happened we both witnessed it. I hope this will be addressed. More
