Worst experience ever I had an appointment at 930 I arrived at 9 am, upselling of coaurse so I ask the representative how long I should expect he quoted me 1 and a half hou I had an appointment at 930 I arrived at 9 am, upselling of coaurse so I ask the representative how long I should expect he quoted me 1 and a half hours and discourage me from using the shuttle. I then walked to my job and returned at 1pm my service provider was at lunch so the gentleman I asked for help told me to wait for my advisor to get back from lunch. I insisted this guy to check on my car and he said they just began working on it. I asked if it was customary for a person to have an appointment and to begin service 4 hours later! I asked for my car keys and left. I left multiple messages on the service manager machine and spoke with a representative who said she was leaving a message on my behalf and NO ONE EVER CONTACTED ME or responded me. This place lost me 100% More

If you want to be insulted with a an appraisal that is thousands less than other dealers on your vehicle, go here. If you want be offered a price on a new vehicle that is thousands above MSRP, then this is the dealer for you. I feel sorry for the sales person, who was very helpful and easy to work with, as he can't make a living if he can't make any sales. I found the sales manager to be rude and disrespectful and prompted me to write this review. Do yourself a favor and avoid Metro Honda Montclair. More

Sketchy and questionable dealership Initially contacted Metro online and received a price quote for a 2019 Honda Civic Sport. It stated a good and fair price. We made an appointment to s Initially contacted Metro online and received a price quote for a 2019 Honda Civic Sport. It stated a good and fair price. We made an appointment to see the salesperson that evening but when we went in, we were given a different salesman. We showed them the online price and they brought in a manager who said they would honor the price...acted like they were doing us a favor. Then they said they were going to check to see if they had the car in their inventory. Told us it was on another lot about 10 minutes away but they had sent someone to go get it. 40 minutes later, no car and no salesperson. He said he was out for the night and left us waiting. No one bothered checking back with us. We ended up leaving and going to Rock Honda and got a very good deal for the exact vehicle we wanted. They also have a very good inventory with lots of vehicles to choose from. The online price quote states at the bottom, " We don't play games here at Metro Honda, and we would never waste your time." I seriously can't believe they state that and then fabulously wasted almost an hour of our time! Makes us wonder if they ever had any intention of honoring the price and negotiating with us. Can't/won't ever refer anyone we know to this dealership ever again. More
Our salesman was great but the floor manager was the worst! I bought a car from Metro Honda today. I would definitely come back to this dealership on days Albert (the floor manager) is NOT working. Sunday our awesome salesman did a fabulous job of going over everything and giving us a great detailed overview of the car but Albert screwed up the experience. He wanted to talk about he had gone to the casino the night before and had only slept an hour rather than do his job. Albert never came back to give me my final amount. On two occasions I had to go find him to continue the process. Again, I will go back but NEVER when Albert is around. More
Everytime I get my service done here something always happen First of all when you make a appt at 8am does not matter if you have a appt or not.. they still take forever. Brian d ambrosia said it would take 2-3 hours for my car to get serviced so I get a shuttle to take me home. I call him at 11:30 which is now 3 and half hours into the service and he said car is ready. Ok I ask him for the shuttle. He said it was out but that he would let them know. I call at 1:30 and speak to Sandra and tell her I’m waiting 2 hours for my shuttle. She said they have 2 shuttles and it was in Pomona And she would tell Brian. I get a call at almost 2 from shuttle saying he’s on his way. Arrive at dealer and Brian is on the phone and still continues to call me christy which I told him 10 times my name is charity. But ok. John ends up signing me out. Last time I had the same problem. My appt for 8am and called at 4pm asking if my car was ready and they said ya since 11 but no one ever called me and they said shuttle was going to be stopped. This service hasn’t got any bette since last time. American Honda was notified and complaint was made More
