Last minute check in, great service! Integrity and honesty. Arriving just before 6 PM, Joseph King was very pleasant and most helpful getting us checked in with the service work set up. The next morning, we received calls from Joseph updating us on the work, and finally received word that the car was ready early the next afternoon. Joseph explained that only the battery needed to be replaced! Everything else checked out OK! The dealership is by the way very very clean, including the restrooms. We were very comfortable waiting for a ride home. I am impressed and trusting when a shop tells me stuff I was willing to buy is not needed. Vance Wilcox is extremely helpful I had a problem with the satellite antenna on my 2011 Ridgeline that had the cover broken off. Metro ordered the part, only took a week to get, and I I had a problem with the satellite antenna on my 2011 Ridgeline that had the cover broken off. Metro ordered the part, only took a week to get, and I scheduled an appointment to have it replaced. Vance got me in quick with no problems and got me a shuttle back to my home. He then called me when it was ready and got me on the shuttle pickup list and the shuttle picked me up about 10 minutes later and took me back to Metro Honda. Work seemed to be perfect with no problems. A word about the antenna (not related to Metro at all), the cover is delicate and can break off somewhat easily, so be careful when washing it or using a drive through car wash. Love my Ridge!!!! More
