From the time I was provided a quote over the phone from their team, to the moment of driving the car off the lot, every person I came into contact was kind and patient. I had my 9 year old son with me, and there is a nice seating area with TV, as well as, a coffee and water station. The vending machine was not working, so one of the staff grabbed a soda for my son from a different vending machine. Then, I sat with Peng (Payne) Wu (Fleet Manager) and from the moment I met him, I was comfortable. He was friendly and honest and there really was no pressure involved in the purchase of the car. The process from Payne to Alex (Finance Manager) was seamless, and I drove away with my Honda, knowing that if I ever need another car, I'm going back to Metro Honda in Montclair (and I live about 25 miles away, where there are lots of Honda dealerships between LA and Montclair, so that should say something). Customer service is A++ here! More

After we had purchased it, my car only had half a tank, so he promised that when I return in 2 weeks time for my meeting with Finance, he’d fill up my tank for free!
